Welcome to bezsajta.rs (the "Site"), owned and operated by Xplorium d.o.o. ("we", "us").

By accessing and using the Site, you agree to fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

• "Site" means the website available at bezsajta.rs.
• "User" means any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Site.
• "Content" means all texts, images, video material, logos, menus, prices and other information available on the Site.

You may use the Site only in accordance with the law, these Terms, and good business practice. You are permitted to:

• make reservations and orders in accordance with available services

It is strictly prohibited to:

We do our best to keep all data on the Site (prices, menus, hours, availability) up to date and accurate. However, we reserve the right to change them at any time without prior notice. Final information is confirmed by direct communication with us (phone, email, or in person).

All Site content — including texts, images, logos, graphic elements, videos and the menu — is protected by copyright and is the property of Xplorium d.o.o. or our licensed partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may trigger legal consequences under the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 104/2009, 99/2011, 119/2012, 29/2016 — Constitutional Court decision, 66/2019).

If the Site allows reservations or orders:

• Reservation confirmation is not a guarantee — final confirmation comes directly from us (email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone call).
• Cancellation is possible in accordance with our cancellation policy, which we will provide upon confirmation.
• Prices are stated in RSD or EUR, including all statutory taxes (VAT if we are in the VAT system).
• Payment is made via methods indicated on the Site or directly with us.

Limitation of liability

The Site is used "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• temporary outages of the Site due to technical issues or maintenance
• inaccurate information resulting from input errors, technical omissions, or changes without updates
• any indirect, accidental or consequential damage arising from use of the Site
• third-party content (links to other websites, social networks)

Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations resulting from force majeure (natural disasters, war, power outages, government decisions, pandemics, etc.).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites. We recommend reading their terms and privacy policies before use.

The processing of your personal data when using the Site is governed by a separate document — the Privacy Policy, available at bezsajta.rs/en/privacy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. The new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes is considered acceptance of the new terms.

All questions and possible disputes arising in connection with these Terms and use of the Site shall be resolved amicably. If amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the Republic of Serbia have jurisdiction, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
